About Microsoft Embrace Undergraduate Mentoring Program Feb 2026

Microsoft EMBRACE ERG* are launching a Mentoring programme in collaboration with Everything D&I. The aim of the programme is to improve representation of Black Heritage, Asian and Ethnic Minorities within technology and Microsoft at all levels. The programme will inspire students and equip them with skills to reach their early-in-career potential.

Who should apply?
Target Audience: 2nd, 3rd and 4th year undergraduates – Black Heritage, Asian and Ethnic Minorities
Discipline: Any Disciplines
Student must be resident in the UK. Must be able to attend all mandatory workshops

How will the mentoring programme work?

  • Assigned a mentor based on career interests or areas for development
  • 5 x 1-2-1 Mentoring sessions
  • 6 Mandatory workshops
  • Duration: 45/60 minutes minutes

    ‒ LinkedIn- 25th Feb 2026
    ‒ Interview Skills- 4th Mar 2026
    ‒ Partner Session 11th Mar 2026
    ‒ Cybersecurity Session- 18th Mar 2026
    ‒ AI Session – 25th Mar 2026
