Our ethos
Social Impact
Talent is everywhere and EDI aims to ensure opportunity is too! At EDI we aim to shine the line on talent and provide platforms and opportunities for them to be seen and to see what is possible if given the opportunity.
Learn. Grow. Excel
Our programmes stretch attendees to step outside of their comfort zone; to explore beyond their current boundaries.
Just Say Yes
Opportunities are outside of your safe zone, so it is important to push past your fears and just say YES to opportunities. Don’t worry if you don’t have all the answers, just be curious and explore!
Showcasing what’s possible to those who thought it was impossible
Opening doors to endless opportunities

Changing the world by partnering with Educators and employers
To really effect change it is important for us to work across all Universities in the league
tables and across all schools with a focus to ensure those from lower socio economic
backgrounds have the support and opportunity to succeed.
Today we are seeing the results of our programmes with students securing opportunities at
our partners companies including Accenture, Microsoft UK, PwC and Rolls-Royce
