Microsoft Embrace 'Evolve Your Tech Career' Programme
Microsoft Embrace ERG are launching a Mentoring programme in collaboration with Everything D&I. The aim of the programme is to improve representation of Black Heritage, Asian and Ethnic Minorities within technology and Microsoft at all levels. The programme will inspire students and equip them with skills to reach their early-in-career potential.

Who should apply? Target Audience: Students from a Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority backgrounds Year of study: Sixth Form/Sixth Year Discipline: Any Disciplines
Key Programme Highlights: The Embrace Mentoring Programme LIVE event is a dynamic, virtual session designed to engage 16–17-year-old students from across the UK. Unlike previous school-by-school sessions, this year’s approach focuses on delivering larger, inclusive events that multiple schools can attend simultaneously.

The LIVE event is a student-centred design and the content is tailored to support students at a pivotal decision-making stage—whether pursuing university, apprenticeships, or entering the workforce. The 1-1 1/2 hours session will include a short sharp sessions will explore the role of AI in career development, including ethical prompt engineering and practical applications like CV optimisation and interview prep.
