EY are committed to offering opportunities for all. We live in a diverse world and believe our workplace should reflect this. EY have collaborated with EDI, to design a programme for university students interested in learning more about pursuing a career in Audit or Tax, that will give you the tools and experience to support you in your career journey.
The Future Leaders programme is designed to help students of Black Heritage discover how exciting a career in Audit or Tax at EY can be. It allows students to develop their skills and strengths and meet inspiring members of the EY Black Community.
Deadline to Apply 7 October 2025
What you will be doing:
Delivered virtually in 90-minute sessions over three weeks, you’ll participate in exciting activities that give you a taste of life at EY.

Target Audience: Black Heritage, in your penultimate year, or if you’re already in your final year but will be doing a one-year Master’s degree, or taking a gap year, this programme is for you.
Discipline: All degree backgrounds welcome. Should be interested in a 2026 summer internship in Audit or Tax.
Commitment: you must be able to attend all three sessions to receive your certificate of completion and digital badge.
